I would like to thank you for the wonderful service you have provided for my mother. The carers who visited became her 'extended family' offering her care and support and brightening up her day. On behalf of all the family a huge thank you.
Delivering care as well as social contact is extremely important in a programme that supports independent living. We all consider this a great example of compassionate care and a fantastic alternative to hospital bed occupancy.
Thank you for supplying a carer with such outstanding qualities. She is a credit to your company, and I felt that I should tell you.
My carer is a real gem, she is very much on the ball, as the saying goes. She also makes me feel safe in my own home.
I should like to thank all the staff who cared for my husband. You helped him through his last few weeks and we appreciated how you treated him with gentleness and respect. Thank you all for helping me keeping him at home for so long.
I was reluctant at first to have help (I was embarrassed that I couldn't do things for myself), however since my Carewatch Carer has been coming to help me, my life has changed beyond measure.
Carewatch are great because I can’t see and hear very well; they are my eyes and ears and they know exactly what I like.
