Our Office - Carewatch

Carewatch (Edinburgh, Mid and East Lothian) is situated in the heart of Edinburgh at Palmerston Place.

The Team is led by Branch Manager, Elaine Forrest and Deputy Manager Colin Evans, who bring a wealth of operational expertise to the Carewatch service-driven business.  Care Co-ordinators organise the provision of care within clearly defined geographic "zones" or market sectors, matching fully trained care workers to the individual needs of service users.

Importantly, service in the field is closely monitored by Supervisors who ensure that the quality of care is maintained and the changing needs of the service user are anticipated and managed in a fluid fashion.

A full range of office services ranging from HR administration through to Payroll and Finance are provided through the Edinburgh office and a central support Hub based in London Marylebone.
