Our Office - Carewatch
Carewatch (Hillingdon) is situated in The Team is led by Branch Manager, Maria Benaim and Deputy Manager Jasvir Bhumber, who bring a wealth of operational and care expertise to the Carewatch service-driven business. Care Co-ordinators organise the provision of care within clearly defined geographic "zones" or market sectors, matching fully trained care workers to the individual needs of service users.
Importantly, service in the field is closely monitored by Supervisors who ensure that the quality of care is maintained and the changing needs of the service user are anticipated and managed in a fluid fashion.
