Carewatch (Bath and NE Somerset) provides care and support to people in their own homes or in nursing and residential homes, either directly or on behalf of the Local Authority.We also provide support services for people with learning and physical disabilities and to other groups of people that require support of different kinds.
Carewatch Bath has a contract with Bath & North East Somerset PCT and provides specialist care for the terminally ill, as part of this contract, we also provide care, often at last minute to hospital discharges.
