care and support to people in their own homes James and Catrina Dwyer started Carewatch (Cardiff) in July 2002. Since inception the company has provided domiciliary and community care to the elderly, adults and children with physical disabilities and learning disabilities and children and young people with challenging behaviour.  The company now provides over 800 hours of care per week to 93 service users across the various client groups.

The directors established the company with the express intention of becoming a leader in the professionalisation of the domiciliary care industry.  They have brought the principals of good customer service from other industries that have helped the company obtain a strong reputation for delivering on its commitments.  Specifically Carewatch (Cardiff) prides itself on being
