Quality Standard of Carewatch Care Workers – Home Care Agency

Quality Standards

All Carewatch care and support workers are highly trained and dedicated to dealing with the unique and differing needs of those who use our services. They are encouraged to continually develop their skills and specialisms, and will be allocated to you based on the support you require and the skills that will be required to provide this.

All of our staff work to the regulatory Codes of Practice; including that of the General Social Care Council – England; the Care Council for Wales and the Scottish Social Services Council.

Our network of offices are registered with the government regulator for their particular country – the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW), the Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS), and in England the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are members of the UKHCA (UK Home Care Association), Ceretas (formerly the British Association for Domiciliary Care), the General Social Care Council (GSCC) and various other membership organisations. Carewatch undertakes regular audits and inspections to ensure total compliance giving you peace of mind and reassurance.
