Carewatch South Lanarkshire was established in 1998 and is one of the leading Hamilton home care providers for supporting independence at home.
Our Hamilton home care workers are compassionate and always take into account the needs and wishes of those we support, establishing what they would like to receive from their care package and what outcomes they are looking to acheive from this.
Our Hamilton home care team provide services in and around:
Our Hamilton home care services
We provide Hamilton home care for the elderly which can be practical assistance at home, or personal care with daily routines that have become more difficult to do. We also support adults with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
Self Directed Support
Self Directed Support (SDS) is a Government initiative which comes into effect in April 2014, providing those who qualify to receive them with the freedom and choice to purchase their own care and support.
There are many benefits to using SDS – but principally it allows greater levels of flexibility and freedom for the person who needs the care and support. Assessments will be carried out by the Local Authority and the Self Directed Support payment can be used for a wide variety of services, including personal care, support, and domestic help.
