We have been helping people get the best out of life for twenty years, and are proud to be serving the local communities within the North Lanarkshire areas, including Wishaw and Bellshill as well as Motherwell. We support families, adults, older people and more frail elderly people who have health conditions, mental health needs, physical disabilities, or learning disabilities.
As well as including our customers and their families in various aspects of our business, including induction of new staff and training, we now have a ‘Home Forum’ where our Care Manager, along with a Director, visit customers in their own homes for a chat. The purpose of this is to make sure that all our customers are satisfied with every aspect of the services they receive and to give the opportunity to voice any concerns, or indeed compliments! About their care plan. We strive to create friendly relationships with our customers so as to encourage this openness and of course to ensure that everyone feels comfortable in talking about their experience.
With a wealth of experience between us, we believe Carewatch North Lanarkshire is the best in the area and we are proud of the many supporting recommendations from both our customers and staff.
Our offices are situated in the new Council building near both the Aquatec Centre and Motherwell Cathedral. We have an ‘open door’ policy and welcome visitors at any time. Parking and mobility access is available.
