How our home care services can help you

Supporting independence through flexible, personalised home care services

We provide quality, personalised home care services designed to enable our customers to remain as independent as possible within their own home, safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Our aim is to help you live life to the full.

In the below video, Tracy, one of our home care workers, explains how we help Jack twice daily at home.

How often can I receive home care services?

Your service is flexible and can adapt to your needs, from the occasional hour, regular daily visits, to live in care.

We’re here to provide support based on your specific needs and wishes. We understand that often, needs may change. We can also provide emergency cover and respite care for family carers.

What kind of home care services do you provide?

Your home care worker can help and support in many ways, providing assistance, reassurance and encouragement.

They are there to help with the challenges of everyday life such as practical support with light domestic duties, shopping and cleaning, but will also provide companionship and friendship.

There may also be a need for more personal support, we can help with daily personal routines such as washing, dressing and getting ready in the morning.

We provide more complex care following an illness, hospital discharge or long-term nursing, and specialist support for mental health or learning disability support needs.

Person centred home care

We take a person centred approach to our home care services. By listening to and understanding the needs of our customers, we are able to offer a personalised, reliable and high quality service that provides peace of mind and reassurance to our customers, and their families.

We believe that a person centred approach to home care is fundamental to ensuring that our customers receive the best and most appropriate support, matching needs and aspirations.

By continually listening to our customers, we learn about what is important to them. We create care and support plans to best reflect what is required, and what works best for each customer as a unique individual. We also involve and listen to friends, family and other health professionals as needed to ensure a holistic approach.

Ensuring that you always remain at the heart of what we do, we offer:

  • Flexibility, choice and control
  • Respect and dignity
  • Supporting your personal wishes for now and for the future
  • Services designed around you; ensuring you receive the support you want, when you most need it

Your privacy and dignity is our highest priority.
