What we do:

We provide support to people within an extra care setting.This involves supporting people within their own flats in a sheltered accomodation setting.

This is shift work, varying from 3 to 6 hour shifts, sleep in are also available.

Although each care package will differ in its own way, we provide the following tasks as part of daily care rounds:
Personal Care – Washing and bathing, helping people go to the toilet, changing continence pads and helping people get up and go to bed
Practical Support - Domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping, taking people out to the shops, doctors or other social events
Specialised Care - Supporting people with more complex needs, for example, end - of - life care, people with acquired brain injury or people living with an on going illness or condition.


What We Provide:

We offer good rates of pay, paid holidays and paid induction training.
We also offer flexible hours with care rounds that are regular.
We support you through Career development, with regular supervisions, regular refresher training and the opportunity to study for a diploma in Health and Social Care.
We provide Uniforms, hand gel and gloves.
