Carewatch (Grampian) provides services to those who wish to retain their independence and to do so in their own homes. We require a part time Field Care Supervisor covering the following areas of Aberdeen City - Torry, Kincorth and Cove - car user preferable but not essential. The role will require the efficient running of an area, the management / supervision of Care / Support Workers, and the care provided to Service Users within that area. The role will also involve implementing Service User needs assessments, care / support plans, risk assessments and reviews.
