Summary:
- Hours 37.5hr per week 08:30-5pm Mon-Fri
- On call out of office hours as and when required - paid extra
- Bonus when targets acheived
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent computer skills. Understanding of Staff Plan Roster Software preferred but not essential
Excellent administrative/office skills.
Good planning and organisational skills.
Sound understanding of good care principles.
Ability to cope with pressure.
Even-tempered and patient.
Ability to cope with change.
Ability to display empathy and warmth.
Understanding of the home care sector
Must be a team player
Good knowledege of either Leeds or Wakefield area.
Must be a car driver
Clear CRB
