We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to work in the borough of Hillingdon. You will be working with adults and children with a learning disability or physical disability. You will be required to assist individuals to access the community and to provide any necessary support. You will need to be confident, a good communicator, proactive and have lots of initiative.
