Supporting and supervising a team of Home Care Workers in an established Carewatch office. You will be responsible for the quality of care services delivered and will be involved in staff training and development. You will also carry out clients needs and risk assessments and compile care plans. You must have a sound understanding of good care principles and should have a formal care qualification, ideally NVQ Level 3.
You will be expected to do care work at times, and there is an on-call responsibility that involves working at unsocial times on rota.

The care staff cover work between 7am and 10pm all 7 days of the week. You must be flexible with regards to working times so that all staff are supervised on a regular basis. Ability to drive is essential.

Criminal records disclosure and references are required.

Full or part time. A minimum of 20 hours is worked per week. Additional hours are available. Would consider 2 people on 4 day on/ 4 day off basis.
