Supporting and supervising a team of Home Care Workers in an area of Leicester. You will be responsible for the quality of care services delivered. You will also carry out Service Users needs and risk assessments and compile care plans. as well as spot check care workers and review our services with service users.

You will have of good care principles and ideally possess an NVQ Level 2 or 3.
You will be expected to deliver care work at times, and there is an on-call responsibility which is handled on a rota basis.

You must be flexible and be able to work alternate weekends.

Ability to drive is essential.
