To provide care and support for elderly or disabled people in their own homes, on a live-in basis in the Norwich & South Norfolk areas.

We provide services to people with a range of conditions and illnesses; from people who are physically fit, but have early stages of dementia, to people who are severely disabled, perhaps by a stroke or car accident and need full personal care and use of special equipment, as well as people who are terminally ill.

Duties will include support with all aspects of daily living such as helping people to wash and dress, toileting, bathing, meal preparation, prompting medication, taking part in community and social activities.

You will have sole responsibility, so previous care or nursing experience is essential. Ability to drive preferred as many of our clients are in rural areas.

You must be eligible to work in the UK without a work permit and must have your own accommodation to stay in for your weeks off. Depending on the needs of our clients, live-in work is often on a 2-week on/2-week off rota.

Opportunity to study for NVQ qualification. References and new Criminal Records Disclosure are required.
