Our Commitment to Quality
Carewatch place quality at the heart of everything we do. To ensure we maintain our quality standards, the CQC (Care Quality Commission) inspect our businesses in England using a rating system based on a number of Regulatory Standards. The five outcome headings are: User Focused Services; Personal Care; Protection; Managers and Staff; Organisation and Running of the Business. The ratings are then marked as excellent (3 star), good (2 star), adequate (1 star) and poor (0 star).
The average CQC rating for all Carewatch offices in England currently stands 2.11 where 2.0 is rated as good.
