"May I say a big thank you to the carers that have been looking after me. I've gone through so much these past few months, anybody must think I am mad. But if it hadn't been for [the carers at Carewatch Darlington] I don't know what I would have done without them. They are a worthy credit to the company.

It's been quite a few weeks since [...] started my social time and everybody can see a difference in me. So thank you [...]. A big thank you to all of my care workers, you have helped me get things sorted ASAP."

"Thank you for all the care and attention you gave to my Dad after I contacted your on-call service whilst I was away. I cannot thank you enough for getting an ambulance and escorting my Dad to Hospital. I also appreciate the follow up call the next day. I thank you from the bottom of my heart to know that you were there for my Father whilst I was away."

"I want you to know [...] is an excellent carer, who I can trust. She comes every morning, she showers me and helps me dress, I come downstairs on a stairlift, [...] then she makes my breakfast and sees that my medication is out for me to take. I have faith in everything [...] does for me. She puts dirty washing in washer and sets it off, bless her.

[...] is a real gem, she is very much on the ball, as the saying goes and she makes me feel safe in my own home."
Carewatch Darlington

"I am writing to say thank you formally to you and your office team and to ask you to pass on my thanks on behalf of my Mum to all of the carers who looked after her over the past three years and for all of their excellent care.

Having someone go to see Mum for an hour or two a day made all the difference to her enjoyment of life [...]. It also put my mind at rest to know that she had a daily visitor and to be able to read the write-up in the log each time I went to visit her, as this told me how she had been feeling over the previous week or two.

It was lovely to see [...] and [...] at the funeral. We owe them the greatest thanks for their care and friendship towards Mum - [...] over the whole three years and [...] for her watchfulness over the past year or so, and for her amazing commitment during Mum's last few days, she was a great help to me as well.

[...] thank you as well for setting everything up without fail and for responding so quickly to any changes in bookings. [...] I have been singing the praises of Carewatch to anyone who will listen for ages now. [...] thank you for being my "eyes and ears" in Darlington for the past year and a half and for all the attention and love for Mum that all of you showed."

"I saw the recent publicity regarding bad care services in the home. I would just like to say how pleased I am with Carewatch. I have found the manager to be very helpful and informative, especially when I am at a distance from my Dad. We are trying to improve my Father's depression and she is arranging visits for him to go with a carer to Sutton, for coffee. She tries to implement arrangements quickly, which is what's needed when dealing with the elderly.

I have met two ladies who visit my Father from Carewatch, [...] the main carer for my Dad was extremely kind and patient. As my Dad does suffer from short-term memory loss and depression, she often would be able to lift his spirits with her lovely manner. She also involved him with his choice of shopping. Nothing was too much trouble for her. [...], who I met once was also very kind. She chatted to my Dad and left him feeling uplifted. My Father also wanted to pass his thanks on to you for having such wonderful carers. Keep up the good work!

As a relative, who lives so far from my Dad, I know I can leave him in such good hands."
Carewatch Erdington, Birmingham

"As you are no doubt aware our mother passed away [...] following a stay in [...] Hospital. I thought, I would write to you to personally thank you and the many Carewatch Staff that attended to our mother's need over the last years.

Thank you very much for all of your attentiveness and care. As you will be aware [...] needs were plentiful, and there were times when things didn't always go as well as she would have liked, but there is no doubt that without the care supplied by (Carewatch) you and all your staff she would have not been able to complete her life living in her own property that was her top priority. Thank you.

My mother built some very strong bonds with her carers, especially with those regular carers who visited her on a daily basis. This was no more evident to us than on Sunday when [...] and [...] came up to the hospital to say goodbye to her, when they heard of our mother's poorly state. We are sure she was able to hear them there, and she would have been very calmed by that. Thank you." Carewatch Swindon

"[my care worker] is the nicest man that I have ever met and I am going to write to the Queen to tell her!!" Carewatch Leeds

"I am writing to express our most sincere thanks for the wonderful care service that Carewatch gave to [...] over the last few years. The devotion to duty of the carers who regularly looked after her could not be faulted. Latterly, although [...] was over 107 years old they enabled her to stay in her own home so much longer than could have really been expected, [...]. She has finally had to go into a full time nursing home, so I am taking this opportunity on behalf of the family to thank you all very much indeed. We are eternally grateful to all at Carewatch. Carewatch East Surrey

A care worker in Leeds was requested to attend a service users funeral with the family in the official funeral car and a special thank you was said to the care worker in the service users eulogy for the fantastic standard of care that their relative had received from Carewatch. Carewatch Leeds

"[my care worker] has made my dreams come true to be looked after in such a special way." Carewatch Wakefield

"I would like to say a big thank you to Carewatch Ipswich for all the support they have given and continue to give to my mother. These carers deserve a medal for what they do for my mother who is 80 years of age. She has had a massive heart attack, three knee replacements, two broken hips and has Parkinson's. [...] Old age comes to us all eventually and at some point we will rely on these carers to help us. Some [...] go way beyond what they are expected to do for my mother." Carewatch Ipswich

"I would like to express my thanks to all who helped and attended my needs over the past few weeks. I'm pleased to say I'm making very good progress and can now look after myself and my husband. Thank you all it's been a pleasure to meet you [...]. It's a very good service." Carewatch Basingstoke

"[...] a very BIG thank you for all the help and confidence you gave me when I came out of hospital [...], you made me feel human, with feelings. [...] all the girls who came to see me were wonderful [...] I will always remember what you did for me." Carewatch Basingstoke
