Our People - Carewatch

Providing you with a quality home care service is our priority. Carewatch Care Services only employs care staff who are capable, honest and friendly.

Before a care worker provides you with care in your home, rigorous checks are made on their qualifications and past experience. If these are satisfactory, we instruct Care Workers to attend a 3-day care worker induction training course and thereafter, we provide them with regular training updates.

To give you complete reassurance, Carewatch Care Services has implemented specific quality standards covering wider issues such as supervision of Care Workers, keeping records of the care you receive and communication.







Care Director: David Ward







David is responsible for the day-to-day running of the franchise office













Client Liaison Manager: Isabel Key







Isabel ensures excellent working relationships are maintained  with our Service Users







Care Co-ordinators: Carol, Janthea, Jayne and Yvonne







Our Co-ordinators maintain continuity of care to Service Users, and ensure calls to Service Users are assigned at all times.













Training Co-ordinator: John Key













John  co-ordinates and plans training programmes for all staff, including Care Workers, supervisors and office staff. John is also responsible for the identification of training needs for all staff and for Care Workers.







Field Care Supervisors: Melissa, Christine, Roz and Ian.



The Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of an area and management/supervision of Care Workers.







Extra Care Supervisor:  Karen






 






Karen is responsible for the efficient running of the Extra Care Schemes and also management/supervision of Care Workers.
