Amanda recognised in prestigious awards win...

Amanda Lowe from Carewatch Ayrshire has won the “Older Peoples Services Employee of the Year 2009” award at the Scottish Care at Home Awards.
Amanda, who has been with Carewatch for four years, was recognised for her enormous contribution to the welfare of service users across the region.
“I am absolutely thrilled that I have been chosen as a winner in the Scottish Care At Home Awards. I’m really stunned by the recognition from my colleagues and clients. I have been with Carewatch for over 4 years working as a care worker, supervisor and now co-ordinator and I really do love it”.
Other successes included Alison Scoops from Carewatch Lanarkshire who won the “Adult Services Employee of the Year 2009” award and Nicola Boyle, Supervisor from West Dunbartonshire who was a finalist in the Care Personality of the Year Award.
Carewatch provides home care and support throughout Scotland supporting individual’s ability to retain their independence and dignity.
