Carewatch Care Service has appointed two new Quality Auditors; Tina Hall and Neil Murrey. Tina Hall has over 21 years of experience working in the blue-chip recruitment industry undertaking roles such as Business Analyst and Quality Manager, with a strong background in Quality Management Systems, including ISO.

Neil Murray has 13 years experience of working in Adult and Children Social Care Local Government settings undertaking roles such as Business Support Manager, Service Support Manager, Commissioning Officer and Training & Development Officer. Neil is a Prince 2 Project Manager Practitioner and has achieved NVQ Registered Manager Award, NVQ Level 4 in Care, Certificate in Commissioning & Purchasing in the Public Sector and Managing Safety Certificate. Neil has also been registered with CSCI as a Registered Manager.

Janine Bouchet, Head of Quality, Policy and Audit comments, “These new appointments will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we meet and exceed the ambitious quality targets that we have set within the home care sector. We have recently seen an increase in our overall CQC ratings but are determined to continually improve. Tina and Neil will be excellent additions to the team”
