Pam Dunn, home care manager of Carewatch Bath has won the Best Home Care Registered Manager Award at the Great British South West Care Awards. The ceremony took place in Bristol and was hosted by Keith Chegwin.

The award is to recognise home care managers who show the highest level of expertise in managing support and care to people within their own homes.

Pam was judged to be the best in the South West, she said "I am very happy that I won the Registered Manager Award, which was a pleasant surprise. It's wonderful to be acknowledged for all that hard work, which not just I but the whole team at Carewatch Bath have put into ehancing our service."

Caroline Burfield, Managing Director said "Pam has been such a breath of fresh air, nominating her for the award was an obvious choice. Since she joined Carewatch in 2008, Pam has worked hard to implement changes that have helped us provide even better care."
