Carewatch Christchurch - Christmas Hampers 2011

The Carewatch Christchurch care and support team have been busy making hampers for the elderly and frail in their community who will be on their own at Christmas.
The team will deliver the hampers on their rounds and spend some time sharing Christmas cheer.
