Inverclyde Branch Celebrate 10 Years
22 May 2011
A Father and daughter duo have been recognised for their unique approach to caring for the vulnerable.
The achievements of Inverclyde based Carewatch managing director Anna Houston and her Dad Jeremy, chairman, were recognised at the nationwide organisation's annual awards.
For the past 10 years they have helped the elderly and the vulnerable stay in their own homes. The branch has grown since then and now services beyond Inverclyde to Ayrshire, Argyll and Bute.
Chairman Jeremy said: "Supporting independence is central to everything we do and we can only provide quality person centred services if our staff feel supported and valued."
Managing director Anna added: "We are extrememly proud to be celebrating our tenth anniversary. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard to ensure that the local community and those who use our services benefit from hight quality support care for whatever their needs may be.
I would like to thank all of our care and support staff along with the supervisors, co-ordinators and office staff for all of their hard work, dedication and continuous drive to provide the very best quality support and care services. Without them, we would not be here today."
