Elaine Grace

Elaine has been running the branch for 10 years, she had previous experience of working with disabled children and adults and management roles.  Having lived in Suffolk for over 15 years, Elaine has a good local knowledge.  Running this business allows her to utilise her skills and give something back to the community.

 Tracy Boreham

Tracy has worked for Carewatch for 6 years.  She began as a Care Worker and is now Assistant Manager, completing NVQ level 2 awards in Care and Team Leading and NVQ level 3 in Care.  She is now starting her level 4 award.

Carewatch (Ipswich) is accredited with Suffolk County Council and  achieved the Investors In People award in July 2005.
