Based in Inverurie, we are a local family owned and operated home care provider, we enable members of the community to stay within the comfort of their own homes, often as an alternative to residential care or nursing homes.

Our care at home services

Our person centred services are delivered by our dedicated team of home carers who have a passion for helping people to get the best out of life, supporting independent living within local communities.

We support people with many care and support needs; care for the elderly, adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, dementia care, and respite care. The home care services we provide includes (but is not limited to):

Personal Home Care supports those who need some help with daily routines, such as washing and dressing, personal appearance, managing medicines, and other personal routines. We preserve privacy and dignity at all times.

Practical Help at Home supports those who need help with light domestic duties, such as vacuuming, shopping, preparing and cooking meals, dusting and tidying, laundry and ironing, and other activities that may have become more difficult to do, or take much longer.

Long-Term & Specialist Care at Home to support those who need palliative and end of life care, dementia care, those who need help with regaining independence following a stay in hospital, stroke rehabilitation, and any other more complex care and support needs.

Our person centred approach means that we work with the individual, their family, friends and professionals working alongside us. We encourage goal setting and personalisation of care and support so that individuals can get the best out of life.

We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service; our home care team, and customers are given and encouraged to use an "Opportunity for Improvement" form to let us know what they think, and to provide ideas they may have for improvement.

Paying for Home Care

We support clients who are paying for private care, as well as working in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council and NHS Grampian to support local authority funded services. We also cater for Self Directed Support and Direct Payment funded approaches, as well as privately funded 'top up' of services as required.
