Always There Homecare is part of the Carewatch Family

We are based in Nottingham and provide home care services to communities in all areas within the Nottingham City Council. We support individuals of all ages with a range of needs, we can help with privately funded care, or direct payments. We also work with Nottingham City Council and Local Primary Care Trusts.

We offer services to a wide range of people including home help and home care for the elderly, physically disabled, learning disabilities, people with mental health needs, as well as palliative, or end of life care. We can also provide respite care for informal carers to take a well-earned break.

We are an expanding team of loyal and compassionate home care and support workers who are an active part of the community within Nottingham city centre and surrounding areas. We work closely with a variety of other health care professionals to support individuals within their own home so that they can retain, or regain independent living.

How we help

We help people to get the best out of life by helping and supporting with:

Practical home help for support with household demands such as cleaning and tidying, hoovering, laundry, shopping, and cooking meals. We can help with organising a day out, and social visits to friends, or family.

Personal Care at home to help with daily intimate routines, like getting up, dressed and washed in the morning, getting settled in for the evening, and other personal daily needs. We also provide emotional support and companionship.

Specialist home care may be required for more long term or complex care like dementia or Alzheimer's, support following a stay in hospital, long-term illness, or stroke and brain injury rehabilitation.
