Our care and support team are recruited locally and provide home care services in the County Durham areas of Darlington, Hurworth, and Sadberge. We help people stay within the comfort of their own home by providing reliable and quality home care services.

We can help people of all ages to maintain, or regain their independence, our services are designed around the individual as we understand that everyone is different and that needs change.

The types of care services we offer are entirely dependant on the needs and wishes of those we support, the following is a guide so please call us to discuss any unique care and support needs.

Personal home care services

When daily personal routines like washing and bathing, getting ready for the day or settling in for the evening take longer, or become more difficult to do, we can help. We can also help with managing medicines.

Practical home help services

Sometimes it helps to have someone come and do practical things around the house so that there is more time for doing other things. We can do this, or we can help and support you to do things like; preparing and cooking a meal, cleaning the house, laundry, handling mail and bills, and managing medicines.

Specialist home care services

Specialist home care may be needed when there are more intense, or long term care needs such as dementia care, end of life or palliative care, long term illness, or support back to independence following a stay in hospital.
