We provide practical support for things like shopping, preparing and cooking meals, housework, and going out to meet friends and family, through to personal support when things like washing and dressing become more difficult. We can also give complex and specialist support for ongoing care needs such as dementia care, end of life care, support for people who display challenging behaviours, sensory disabilities, acute mental health needs or substance misuse.
