Based in Shrewsbury and covering its surrounding areas, our home care and nursing teams provide a range of nursing and care services which are designed to promote and deliver health, well being and independence in the home.

Our service offers an all encompassing solution for those requiring nursing and care services at home, rather than in residential care. We recognise that everyone is different, so our care services are individually tailored to specific needs, backed up by robust clinical governance frameworks and an unswerving focus on staff education and training.

Our nursing staff and our care services

We believe that high quality, well trained staff make a real difference to the service that we provide. All our staff are fully accredited with enhanced CRB checks, and have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver a safe, effective and reliable service.

We don’t just make sure that our people are clinically trained; we always strive to ensure that everyone has the spirit, compassion and desire to put the individual at the heart of everything we do, recognising that when we are needed, it is far more than just care and support that is required. From pop in visits and observations to high intensity clinical packages, our highly skilled trained nurses and care support teams are focused on the individual, their needs, and the part we can play in helping them on their journey to recovery, rehabilitation and their on-going health and well being.

Complementing local services

Our experience of working with local NHS and Local Authorities enables us to play a pivotal role in bringing care closer to home. Our co-operative approach extends to care pathway development, early discharge and admission avoidance programmes in addition to a wide range of flexible, tailor-made services that best suit the needs of each individual, as well as the local healthcare economy.

As part of our offering, we work locally to develop and adhere to local protocols so that a true partnership approach can be achieved.

Looking to join us?

Our reputation has been built as a consequence of the people we employ, and the importance we place upon our staff, their training and their development. Our formal programmes include NVQ levels 2 and 3, and specialist training for complex and continuing care.
