How we help

We provide help and support to people of all ages, and of all different types of care and support needs. Our service is person centered, this means that the care plan is designed around personal needs and wishes of the individual, and their loved ones. We offer:

Personal care in the home: Personal care is where we can support with daily intimate routines such as getting out of bed in the morning, dressing and washing, and personal appearance.

Practical help at home: Practical help is often required for keeping the house clean and tidy, managing medicines, handling household bills, laundry and ironing. We can also help with organising a day out, or visits to loved ones.

Complex and specialist home care: More specialist care is needed, often to regain independence after a stay in hospital following an accident, or illness. We also provide dementia care, end of life care, palliative care, and most other complex or specialist care and support needs.
