Our home carers are based in the town of Oldbury, in the West Midlands, we are passionate about supporting independent living and our home care team are dedicated to providing the best home care services. We provide home care, and home help for the elderly, adults, children and families.

We can help and support in whatever way you need and want. We have vast experience of working with Direct Payments and Individual Budgets, we can also help if you want private care, or if your support is to be part, or wholly funded by the Local Authority.

We can support you, or a loved one with:

Personal Care at Home - help and support with daily routines like getting up, dressed, washed or showered, getting ready for the day, or settling in for the evening. We can help with organising a day out, visiting friends and family, or sometimes friendship and companionship is wanted so we can just come out for a cuppa with you and have a chat.

Practical Home Help - we can help with the shopping; going with you, or for you. Preparing and cooking meals, handling mail and bills, laundry, ironing, and any general domestic duties that may have become harder to do, or they take much longer.

Complex and Specialist Home Care Services - more complex and specialist care is sometimes needed for those who have returned from hospital following an illness, or injury and need support to regain independence, and confidence - especially if this was following a fall. We have staff who have specialist training for dementia care and Alzheimer's, Palliative care, end of life care and other, more intensive care needs. We often find that our specialist home care services mean that the individuals we support are enabled to stay within the comfort of their own home, rather than go into residential care, or nursing homes.

Respite Care - Carers who look after a loved one themselves also need to ensure that they get regular breaks to retain their own well being and sense of identity. We provide respite care that you can trust and rely on. Many of our home carers came into social care work as they have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives, and often they have cared for a loved one themselves.
