All Carewatch branches that are based in England are registered with CQC which is the regulatory body for care at home. You will be able to look up our registration for each branch, along with inspection reports on their website.
All of our Scottish branches are registered with the Care Inspectorate which is the independent body for improvement of care services in Scotland.
United Kingdom HomeCare Association (UKHCA)
The professional association of home care providers. UKHCA helps organisations that provide social care, promoting high standards of care and provides representation with national and regional policy-makers and regulators.
Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW)
Our Welsh offices are registered with the CSSIW. The CSSIW is responsible for inspecting social care services to make sure that they are safe for the people who use them.
An organisation that began in the 1940’s which now helps to promote a high standard of service in home care provision. The organisation offers advice and information, and is involved in policy making/legislative changes.
