Our Dunbartonshire home care services

Our approach to Dunbartonshire home care is flexible, and person-centered so that you have the care and support you need, as and when you need it. We listen to the individual needs and wishes of our customers, and together we create a personalised care plan to suit their lifestyle, involving family, friends and other care professionals as required.

Our Dunbartonshire home care staff are trained to support customers with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke, other long, or short term health conditions. We can provide respite care, live-in care, and short term home from hospital support.

We support with practical home assistance:

  • Preparing and cooking meals, washing up the dishes
  • Going to the shops; accompanied, or unaccompanied
  • Household tasks; cleaning floors, dusting, and tidying up
  • Pet care
  • Plant care

We also provide the more traditional personal care services at home:

  • Getting out of bed in the morning, or settling in for the evening
  • Washing, bathing, showering
  • Prompting to take medication
  • Personal appearance and personal hygiene

It's important to maintain social activities, and to get out of the house if possible so we assist with:

  • Attending events like coffee mornings, church, local activities
  • Medical appointments
  • Visiting friends and family
  • Attending events such as weddings, or funerals
  • Going on holiday

Our Dunbartonshire home care workers

Along with our local care and support workers we have a team of care supervisors who are there to help and support our customers and support workers at any time of the day, or night.

We aim to provide an exemplary service by endeavouring to get it right the first time, every time and meeting or exceeding expectations.

"I would like to thank you for the wonderful service you have provided for my mother. The carers who visited became her 'extended family' offering her care and support and brightening up her day. On behalf of all the family a huge thank you."
