Our Extra Care

An extra care scheme is purpose built accommodation in which varying amounts of care and support can be offered, and where some services and facilities are shared enabling older people to live independently in their own homes and have a ‘home for life’.

Within our Extra Care schemes we support the elderly, physically disabled, learning disabled, individuals with dementia, challenging behavior, mental health and complex health needs

Dedicated staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide people with support as required. We understand that our services and team need to be an integral part of the functioning of an extra care scheme, have full working knowledge of the building, the facilities and the opportunities and resources that the local community can bring.
