Congratulations to our nominees and winners of the I Care Awards during Quarter 4.

The I Care Awards is a Carewatch scheme to recognise the amazing work that our employees do each and every day. The full list of our winners and their nominations are below.

Our aim, through I Care nominations, is to recognise and show appreciation to people who go above and beyond everyday. All winners receive a certificate and high street vouchers.

Care Worker of the Quarter

In addition, Andrew has provided exemplary administrative support to the Windsor branch in all departments. In the short time he has been here, he has become a key part of the team and has earned the respect of his colleagues”

Claire Arnold (Windsor)

“For the quality of the work she did under immense pressure to improve the quality of service user files in Windsor. Claire worked like a trooper supporting the Quality function on this project”

Paul Schofield (Kendal)
